What it does
Built around the work, not the forms
Four things decide whether a pharmacy system is worth keeping: what leaves the shelf, what the bill says, what the register can prove, and what the owner can see. Niramed does all four without a second system beside it.
- Inventory
FEFO first, on every line
A sale dispenses from the earliest-expiring batch by default, and each line shows the batch and expiry it drew from — with a manual override for the lot in your hand.
- Billing
MRP-inclusive GST billing
Bills are written at MRP with GST back-calculated from the rate on each line and split CGST/SGST, so the figure exists at the counter rather than being reconstructed at month end.
- Prescriptions
Schedule H, H1 and X, handled at the counter
A scheduled sale cannot complete without the prescription on file, and Schedule X is refused when it is added — not discovered after the customer has paid.
- Reporting
Reporting that finds the leaks
Expiry risk, discount leakage by cashier, stock-loss avoided by FEFO, and GST liability net of input credit — computed live, with estimates labelled as estimates.
Compliance is never a paid tier.
Every plan gets POS billing, inventory, prescriptions, purchasing and the full reporting dashboard. Schedule H/H1 blocking in particular is legally required, so gating it behind a price would be a compliance trap rather than a pricing lever. Plans differ on capacity — shops and staff — not on what works.
